Role Overview:

The selected candidate, joining the Finance team, will be responsible for the operational and administrative management of the Accounts Payable function, ensuring accurate invoice processing, timely payments, and effective vendor management.

The role supports cash flow monitoring, expense analysis, and budget control activities, providing regular financial reports and ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Italian and Chinese are mandatory.

Direct reporting line:

Finance Manager.

Core Responsibilities:

Manage vendors and the full accounts payable process

Review and process invoices with proper approvals and accuracy

Prepare and execute payments based on cash flow and payment terms

Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies

Monitor AP aging and manage outstanding balances

Prepare monthly cash flow reports

Conduct monthly/quarterly expense analysis and identify cost trends

Support budget control and cost optimization with variance analysis

Process employee reimbursements in line with company policy

Provide regular and ad-hoc financial reports

Qualifications

: 0–5 years of experience in accounting or finance; experience in Accounts Payable is a plus, but motivated fresh graduates are welcome

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Basic knowledge of Italian accounting and AP processes

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Good communication and teamwork skills

Proactive and willing to learn

Languages: Italian & Mandarin mandatory
