A strong, engaging leader who is adaptable, creative, organized, and self-driven Experience in training, coaching, and/or people management (travel industry experience is a plus) Excellent written and verbal English communication skills Solid administrative skills, including proficiency with databases and Microsoft Office Willingness to travel on short notice and work extended hours when required Dependability, integrity, strong work ethic, and effective time management Milestone Bonus + Travel certificate for every next 5th anniversary of employment at GCC Travel Deals – WORLDWIDE GC Tour packages available to@discounted price Full training program onsite Recruit and train Tour Guides aligned with our Company Values Build and maintain hiring and training plans to support all products needs Lead Tour Guide meetings and training sessions both in-office and on the road Create individualized training plans for new Tour Guides Support, inspire, and coach the existing Tour Guide team to achieve excellence Conduct live coaching via phone, Microsoft Teams, and in person Ride along on tours to assess and support on-the-ground performance Provide 24/7 emergency support to Tour Guides Manage administrative tasks while traveling and in the office Review passenger feedback to inform coaching plans Experience in corporate culture–driven hiring and training Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop people to achieve high-quality results Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Ability to travel as required Travel industry experience preferred Please note that your application and CV should be in English.
