To make this happen, we're looking for you, the
Sales Manager
that can help take Dr.Feel to the next level. As Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting Dr.Feel’s growth, driving our corporate sales efforts, and building long-term strategic partnerships with our B2B clients. You’ll liaise with our commercial partners and you’ll work closely with internal teams to execute a high-impact commercial strategy that ensures profitable growth.
You will take the sales and client success within Dr.Feel from 0 to 100 and by excelling in this, you will have the opportunity to make a profound impact on individuals' wellbeing by revolutionizing the way they access and experience health.
AS
SALES MANAGER YOU WILL:
Contribute and implement a
strategic sales plan
to drive growth.
Lead the sales process for
corporate and insurance prospects , ensuring a high-quality and compelling sales proposition.
Own a wide
portfolio of key accounts , acting as the primary representative and driving strategic initiatives for retention and growth.
Develop and execute
new business opportunities , collaborating with the CEO and a wide Sales team
Work closely with central & cross-functional teams (clinical, legal, marketing, IT) to align on business goals and execution strategies.
Coordinate new projects with the acquired new accounts driving launch and post-launch activities.
Utilize
data-driven decision-making , analyzing key sales metrics to deliver regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights at the national level.
Be a
cultural ambassador , driving the rollout of Dr.Feel’s business model.
YOU WILL BE THE PERFECT FIT IF YOU HAVE:
4+ years of experience
in sales and strategic partnerships, preferably across the
Healthcare and/or HR & Employee Welfare
service sectors.
Proven ability to structure,
negotiate complex deals , and align multiple business unit needs.
Strong consultative selling and
customer relationship management
experience, with a focus on
Enterprise B2B
clients.
Deep understanding of key sales metrics, using data to guide decisions and optimize sales strategies.
Ability to
influence leaders both internally and externally.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strategic partnerships.
Ability to work
independently with ownership and accountability , while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
Passion for wellbeing & healthcare
is a strong plus.
Languages -
fluent in Italian and English .
