LOCATION: ON-SITE IN MICHIGAN, USA

We are looking for a:

System Validation Engineer

to lead the planning, coordination, and oversight of vehicle system validation across programs. You will define and manage DVP&R, ensure alignment with test strategies, track KPIs, and report to management while coordinating HIL, SIL, and bench testing activities.

Key Responsibilities: Build, maintain, and manage

DVP & DVP&R

for vehicle systems. Define test strategies and

validation plans

across programs. Track and report KPI metrics to management. Ensure requirements traceability throughout validation activities. Coordinate

HIL, SIL, and bench testing

for system validation. Support vehicle testing and validation execution. Utilize tools like

DOORS

for requirement management and tracking.

Requirements: Degree in Automotive Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field. Proven experience in validation planning, DVP&R management, and test strategy definition. Strong knowledge of requirements traceability, KPI tracking, and reporting. Experience coordinating HIL, SIL, bench, and vehicle testing. Familiarity with DOORS or similar requirement management tools. Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
