Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Milan Metropolitan Area. The Project Specialist will manage and coordinate projects across different departments, ensuring timely and successful completion. Daily responsibilities include overseeing project timelines, collaborating with cross-functional teams, supporting sales initiatives, and maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. The Project Specialist will also analyze data, streamline processes, and address customer service needs to deliver outstanding project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities Support planning and execution of cross-functional projects by building and maintaining timelines, task lists, and status trackers Coordinate across internal teams and external vendors to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met Monitor project progress, proactively flag risks or delays, and drive follow-ups to keep initiatives on track Assist with vendor and service provider contract review and negotiation support, including tracking terms, renewals, and cost alignment Organize and maintain project documentation, contracts, budgets, and approval workflows to ensure operational compliance Support execution of key commercial initiatives, including Market Week, showroom appointments, and special events, managing logistics and deliverables end-to-end Track project-related expenses and vendor invoices to ensure alignment with approved budgets Facilitate meeting scheduling, prepare agendas and materials, and capture action items to ensure accountability and forward progress

Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to liaise effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders. Project Management experience including the ability to coordinate tasks, manage timelines, and oversee project progress. Strong Analytical Skills to assess project performance and identify areas for improvement or optimization. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in project management tools and software is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite programs, specifically excel

Pay Rate: $22 - $26 per hour
