This role requires an analytical rigor and creative vision. The successful candidate will oversee the comprehensive scheduling of Email and Push Notification campaigns, ensuring a seamless, omnichannel brand experience by collaborating closely with the Art and Branding departments and will ensure that every interaction reinforces our brand identity while maintaining a commitment to a customer-centric approach.**Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing:**Place the customer at the centre of every campaign, balancing commercial targets with a premium user experience.**Interdisciplinary Collaboration:** Proven experience working within cross-functional teams, particularly in providing clear, actionable briefs to creative professionals. : Proficiency in interpreting CRM metrics to refine creative strategies and improve ROI.
