Senior Interior Designer - Hospitality

We are seeking an experienced Interior Designer to join an international hospitality group. The role will be based in Ticino and involves working on projects across various European locations.

Your Responsibilities: Lead the design and execution of high-end residential and/or commercial interior projects Develop creative concepts aligned with luxury standards Select premium materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting with strong attention to detail Prepare mood boards, layouts, 3D visualizations, and detailed design presentations Collaborate closely with architects, contractors and suppliers Oversee projects from concept through completion, ensuring quality and precision Manage budgets, timelines, and supplier coordination

Your Profile: Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field Minimum 10pr+ years of experience in high-end or luxury interior design Strong portfolio showcasing refined, elegant, and sophisticated projects Excellent knowledge of materials, textures, color composition, and spatial planning Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar) Strong communication and presentation skills Detail-oriented, creative, and highly organized Excellent command of Italian and English, both written and spoken
