Transaction Manager, India

Job Description Amazon is currently looking to hire an experienced Transactions and Business Planner, Real Estate (India APAC). In this role, you will support the India Real Estate team to ensure the timely completion of all Real Estate team deliverables across India and APAC region by monitoring, reporting and using Amazon tools for program management and reporting. Key Tasks/Responsibilities

Manage the real estate deliverable from the back end to ensure timely completion of all deliverables, integrating RE schedules and milestones with other team programs such as GES, Projects, Engineering, Finance and Operations, and work closely with PMOs and Business Planners to seamlessly integrate RE programs with theirs. Work in close coordination with India and APAC Real Estate Teams, manage tools such as SHIELD, Source, and any other external tools Amazon may adopt for Real Estate and Engineering teams' project monitoring and review, generate periodic reports and highlight critical path and other important delays, discrepancies, etc., and resolve them programmatically. Reporting, monitoring and defect elimination for all RE deliverables through back‑end intervention and programmatic solutions, and manage all escalations within the organization to GM and Director RE.

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

Post Graduate in Construction Management or Project Management, or equivalent with relevant industry experience in construction planning and program.
