What You Bring Extensive Experience in Rotating Equipment: A proven background in managing projects related to turbines and generators, with a strong understanding of their operational principles and maintenance requirements. Must have between 3 to 5 years of experience in this field. Strong Leadership Skills:Ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams, fostering a sense of ownership and accountability among team members while ensuring alignment with project goals. Customer-Centric Approach:A deep commitment to understanding and meeting customer needs, ensuring that their expectations are not only met but exceeded, enhancing long-term relationships. Adaptability and Resilience:Thrive in dynamic environments, demonstrating flexibility in the face of changing project requirements and the ability to bounce back from setbacks, particularly in high-stakes situations.
