The Mission We are selecting a distinguished nursing professional for 1:1 medical care of an 80-year-old VIP aboard a mega-yacht. This role demands the clinical precision of a top-tier private clinic combined with the adaptability required for life at sea. You will manage the principal’s health while cruising the Mediterranean’s most stylish destinations, including Portofino , Capri , Sardinia , and the French Riviera .

The Team You will operate within a sophisticated, Western-trained medical department . The unit is led by a Lead British Doctor , with additional support from resident Physiotherapists. This multidisciplinary team ensures that you have constant professional backing and clinical governance.

The Safety To prioritize patient safety and staff longevity, the nursing roster is built on a double-nurse shift system . This ensures you are never working in isolation or while fatigued, and provides structured downtime to enjoy the Italian and French coastlines.

The Process We understand the need for discretion. The initial interview and vetting phase is conducted entirely via a secure online platform , allowing you to complete the recruitment process from Milan before traveling to the yacht.

Education: Western Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Laurea in Infermieristica.

Experience: A strict minimum of 4+ years in Acute Care (ICU/Terapia Intensiva, ER/Pronto Soccorso).

Language: Native or C1 (Advanced) English is required for all medical documentation and team communication.
