RESPONSIBILITIES:

Able to provide an excellent customer service, CRM focus, client book and after sales processes Able to maintain company standards at all times: supporting VM, stockroom activities and cash desk Being Up To Date with collections, deep knowledge of products, proactive and constructive attitude

REQUIREMENTS:

3+ years' experience in premium or luxury fashion, RTW experienced Good experience in building and maintaining strong and lasting relationships with clients Exceptional communication skills, energetic, responsible and autonomous character English language required
