Your role at KIKO MILANO We are looking for a

Global Digital Training Intern (Instructional Design Experienced)

to join KIKO MILANO’s

Global Retail Training Team , reporting to the

Global Retail Training Senior Manager . Such talent will support the development and deployment of global retail training initiatives, with a strong focus on

instructional design, digital content creation and learning experience development , contributing to the evolution of KIKO’s global retail training ecosystem.

In particular, you will:

Support the design and development of engaging training content for retail populations (e-learning modules, training toolkits, facilitator materials, microlearning, video-based learning, gamification elements), with a strong focus on digital learning solutions Contribute to the instructional design process, translating business and training needs into effective, learner-centered training solutions Manage and support the e-learning ecosystem, including the administration and optimization of the learning platform and the use of authoring tools such as Articulate Rise 360, Storyline and Easygenerator to create and update digital training content Create visually appealing and engaging learning materials, supporting layout design, visual storytelling and content structuring Collaborate with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather content and ensure alignment with global retail strategy and brand guidelines Support the rollout and deployment of global retail training initiatives across subsidiaries and franchise partners Contribute to the evolution of training methodologies, tools and platforms, supporting innovation in digital and blended learning experiences Assist in monitoring training KPIs, engagement and effectiveness metrics, contributing to continuous improvement actions Support the creation and maintenance of global training guidelines, tools and best practices Provide operational support in day-to-day training activities and global training projects

What you will need to succeed Degree/Master currently ongoing or recently achieved, preferably in

Digital Learning

& Development, Psychology, Communication,

Instructional Design , HR or related fields Fluency in English Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint) Good knowledge of instructional design principles and learning methodologies Experience or strong interest in

content creation, visual design and digital learning tools Familiarity with graphic design tools, video editing software or e-learning authoring platforms is considered a strong plus Strong passion for learning, retail environment and digital innovation

We would love if you had Ability to manage change; Excellent communication and influencing skills with experience of building relationships across an organization; Experience working in a fast-paced environment; Strong organizational skills with an ability to re-prioritise as required to meet deadlines; Team player; Highly collaborative style and willingness and demonstrated ability to work in teams
