About the Role

As we prepare for the upcoming opening of Corinthia Rome with Carlo Cracco, we are seeking a Maître D’ who embodies elegance, confidence, and a deep passion for refined hospitality. You will be the orchestrator of the dining room, leading a young and talented team while ensuring every detail reflects the elevated style and personality of our new project.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the service team with poise, precision, and a natural sense of hospitality - Ensure a seamless service flow, maintaining a refined yet contemporary atmosphere - Welcome and engage guests with warmth and professional charm - Support the training and development of junior staff - Collaborate closely with the Restaurant Manager and culinary leadership to elevate the guest experience

What We’re Looking for:

- Solid experience in fine dining or luxury hotel restaurants - Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring abilities - A polished presence, excellent interpersonal skills, and a guest-first mindset - Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Symphony is a plus - Passion for working with a young, ambitious team in a high-profile opening environment
