Italian and Chinese are mandatory.Direct reporting line: Finance Manager.Core Responsibilities:Manage vendors and the full accounts payable processReview and process invoices with proper approvals and accuracyPrepare and execute payments based on cash flow and payment termsReconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepanciesMonitor AP aging and manage outstanding balancesPrepare monthly cash flow reportsConduct monthly/quarterly expense analysis and identify cost trendsSupport budget control and cost optimization with variance analysisProcess employee reimbursements in line with company policyProvide regular and ad-hoc financial reportsQualifications:0–5 years of experience in accounting or finance;
