By managing the entire value chain, from growing fodder for our own cashmere goats to the finished garment, FTC® ensures transparency and traceability throughout the process. To strengthen our team in Milan, we are looking for an engaged, strategically minded marketing professional who will take ownership of our marketing and communications and help further develop FTC®’s brand presence across channels.
Your Role
As Marketing and Communication Manager, you will lead the planning and execution of our brand communication across digital and offline touchpoints. You combine strategic thinking with a hands-on mindset and ensure FTC® is communicated consistently, creatively, and credibly. In this role, you will partner closely with the Digital Marketing Manager, aligning brand and performance efforts and jointly driving our digital presence.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy and brand
Drive the strategic and operational development of FTC®’s marketing and communication activities in close collaboration with the marketing team
Strengthen brand positioning and ensure a consistent brand presence across B2C, B2B, and partner channels
Further develop storytelling with a focus on product communication, craftsmanship, and sustainability
Content and channels
Co-manage key digital channels together (website, social media, newsletters and additional communication platforms)
Own editorial planning and coordinate ongoing content updates (website, news, newsletters, social media)
Coordinate content creation with internal stakeholders and external partners (creative, photo, video, copy)
Campaigns and materials
Coordinate communication initiatives and marketing materials across digital and offline touchpoints
Develop brand assets and stationery such as packaging and print materials, and support the team in evaluating potential new products
Performance and insights
Track, analyze, and present relevant KPIs (social media, newsletters, website, Google, etc.) and translate insights into actionable recommendations
Stay up to date with market, fashion, and digital trends and contribute ideas to continuously strengthen the brand
Showroom and projects
Support the management of the Milan showroom and host potential clients when needed
Organize and support external projects and events
Your Profile
Must-have
Several years of experience in marketing, communications, or digital marketing, ideally within fashion, premium, or lifestyle
Strong understanding of brand communication, positioning, and cross-channel marketing
Hands-on experience managing digital channels (social media, newsletters, website)
Structured, independent, and proactive working style with a strong hands-on mentality
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign and Photoshop
Fluency in English; German is highly appreciated; Italian is a plus
Strong interest in fashion, sustainability, and brand development
A reliable team player with an excellent sense for visual and written communication
Nice to have
Experience with analytics and marketing tools (e.g. Google Analytics, newsletter tools, CMS)
Experience with Magento 2 and HubSpot
Content creation skills (photo, video, short-form content, visual editing)
Experience working with PR, influencers, or media contacts
