Amazon Traffic Specialist - Chinese Proficiency

Randstad Italia SpA is currently recruiting an Amazon Traffic Specialist fluent in Chinese on behalf of a global tech Chinese multinational corporation. The successful candidate will work closely with the e-commerce, sales and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities: Amazon Advertising Core:

End-to-end management of Amazon Ads (AMS & DSP) and video-led campaigns specifically for the Italian market. Daily Optimization:

Hands-on execution of keyword research, bid adjustments, and budget management to maintain peak performance. Data-Driven Monitoring:

Tracking essential KPIs—primarily ACOS, ROAS, and conversion rates—to boost overall advertising efficiency. Multi-Channel Support:

Assisting with external traffic sources including Google Ads, SEO, social media, and affiliate marketing when required. Strategic Analytics:

Conducting deep-dive data analysis and building forecasting models to shape long-term business strategy and partnerships.

Requirements: Amazon Ecosystem Leadership:

Full ownership of AMS (account structure/strategy) and end-to-end execution of DSP & Online Video programs to meet brand goals. Advanced Analytics:

Heavy focus on data modeling and trend forecasting to proactively adjust strategy based on performance fluctuations. Market Expertise:

Specific experience in the Italian or European markets, with a deep understanding of local traffic behaviors and \"pragmatic\" goal setting. Stakeholder Coordination:

Strong soft skills for managing partners and cross-functional teams to align on business objectives. Trilingual Requirement:

High proficiency in Italian, English, and Chinese, alongside a degree-level background and advanced Office skills.
