This role provides HR support for the TORO location in Italy, Fiano-Romano (approx. 65 employees) and operates as an individual contributor position without direct reports. This role plays a key part in supporting a productive, engaged, and compliant workforce by partnering closely with employees and managers. The Human Resources Representative will provide comprehensive HR support across the employee lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business needs, company values, and local labor legislation.Company DescriptionWith over a century of experience, The Toro Company is a global leader in innovative solutions for the outdoor environment. We are committed to building quality products and forging meaningful relationships with our customers and partners.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide HR guidance and support to employees and managers, including employee relations and conflict resolutionCoordinate recruitment activities and act as the main liaison with employment agenciesAdminister HRIS data, payroll inputs, personnel files, and HR reportingSupport onboarding, training initiatives, and exit processesEnsure compliance with local labor law, EU Directives, and company policiesContribute to a safe, respectful, and legally compliant workplaceProfileMinimum 5 years of progressive HR experience in a manufacturing environment in ItalyUniversity degree in psychology, law, organizational management, or a related fieldStrong knowledge of Italian labor legislation and HR practicesAbility to communicate effectively in Italian and EnglishProven organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skillsThis position reports to the Manager, Human Resources Water Business EMEA based in Romania and offers the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to our people strategy while working in a dynamic, international environment.Interested candidates are invited to apply directly or submit their résumé to Romania.jobs@toro.com, indicating the position title in the subject line. #J-18808-Ljbffr
