Role Overview We are seeking a high-impact

Business Development Manager

to drive

new revenue growth

for a cutting-edge

AI-powered imaging diagnostics software platform . This role is focused on

opening new accounts, creating demand, and closing first-time customers

across healthcare providers, imaging networks, and diagnostic organisations.

You will be responsible for building pipeline from the ground up, engaging senior clinical and commercial stakeholders, and converting opportunities into long-term software contracts.

Key Responsibilities Identify, target, and secure

new customers

within hospitals, imaging centres, and healthcare groups Own the

full sales cycle

from initial outreach through to contract execution Develop and execute territory plans that consistently deliver

net-new revenue Engage with

radiologists, clinical leads, IT, procurement, and executive decision-makers Lead product demonstrations and value-based conversations focused on

clinical impact and ROI Build and maintain a robust pipeline aligned to ambitious growth targets Collaborate closely with marketing, clinical, and product teams to support market entry and expansion Provide market feedback to inform product development and commercial strategy

Preferred Experience Demonstrated success selling

MRI systems

or other advanced diagnostic imaging modalities, with a strong understanding of clinical workflows, capital procurement, and stakeholder decision-making Alternatively, strong experience selling

medical imaging software, AI-driven diagnostics, or clinical workflow platforms

within healthcare environments Proven ability to generate

new revenue through first-time customer acquisition , rather than inheriting established accounts Experience navigating

complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles , including clinical, technical, procurement, and executive decision-makers Background selling into

large imaging networks Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding new business targets in competitive markets
