CLIENT ADVISOR PART TIME - ROME CENTRAL AREA LUXURY ITALIAN BRAND

OFFERING: Salary up to €28K prorata, according to experience Great Benefits and Individual Commissions 24 hours per week

RESPONSIBILITIES: Being UpToDate with collections, deep knowledge of products and aim to exceed targeted KPI's Assist with all daily operations, working along with colleagues and management, being able to maintain an impeccable floor, stockroom and VM, as per company request Able to provide an excellent customer service, CRM focus, client book and after sales processes Act as brand ambassador to build relationships with new customers and VIP clientele

REQUIREMENTS: At least 2year's experience in a premium or luxury fashion industry Currently working with KPIs, CRM & clients appointments Fluent in English language
