R1531461Every 30 minutes, a stroke patient who could have been saved either dies or is permanently disabled because they were treated in the wrong hospital.**Our mission is clear:** to increase the number of patients treated in stroke-ready hospitals and to optimize the quality of treatment in all existing stroke centers. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in a dynamic environment and contribute meaningfully during a key period.Territory to cover: Lazio, Toscana, Umbria and Abruzzo.**Responsibilities:**After comprehensive and ongoing training, you will be ready to:* Enhance the efficiency of stroke patient management* Support hospitals and healthcare professionals with continuous training and organizational tools* Serve as an expert Therapeutic Consultant, promoting new diagnostic and treatment guidelines to hospitals* Foster and promote quality monitoring programs to ensure consistent hospital performance* Expand the project's reach to new hospitals* Lead multidisciplinary stroke teams through continuous improvement* Improve therapeutic protocols in major hospitals**Required Skills:*** Excellent scientific background, ideally with a PhD in Neuroscience* High motivation and strong interpersonal skills* Fluency in English and Italian* Leadership abilities* Proactive, flexible, and strong problem-solving skills* Availability to travel up to 70% of the time* Eligibility to work full-time**#LI-CES****#LI-VK1**IQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries.
