Deliver exceptional, energetic service that leaves a lasting impression on every guest Be the expert on the menu and allergens, confidently guiding guests through their choices Take charge of reservations and deposits, keeping everything running like clockwork Keep the reception area sparkling and welcoming, setting the tone for a great experience Inspire and support junior reception staff, creating a dynamic, high-performing team Share guest feedback and operational updates with management to keep the energy and standards high
