Business Development Manager - Networks

In this role, you will drive new business acquisition while ensuring the retention and growth of the existing customer portfolio. You will also provide tailored solutions to meet customer needs and support the overall commercial strategy.

Develop Freight Forwarding business

including B2B prospecting, lead qualification, and commercial pipeline growth. Build and negotiate commercial offers

in collaboration with procurement, pricing and operations teams, and participate in tenders. Drive cross-selling initiatives

with other Business Units and promote vertical solutions and value-added services. Work closely with operations

to optimize commercial strategy and provide insights on market trends. Monitor commercial performance

including KPIs, CRM activity, and analysis of customer and trade lane results. Contribute to quality and continuous improvement

of internal processes and solutions.

Company car Possibility of remote work (maximum 2 days per week)

Minimum 5 years of experience in a B2B commercial role in transport or logistics. Experience in Project Cargo will be considered an asset. Ability to build complex commercial proposals and present them clearly. Comfortable with CRM tools and managing a commercial pipeline. Professional English; Spanish and/or French appreciated.
