Marketing & Go-To-Market specialist

, you’ll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team based in Milan (Italy). As part of the LAKA Marketing team, you will contribute to define and execute go‑to‑market strategies for Nexi products and services, ensuring full alignment across brand positioning, communication, and commercial objectives. The role requires close collaboration with Product, Communications, Sales teams and banking partners to drive effective launches and support value‑driven business growth. About Your Future Role In this position, you will: Go To Market: market and competitor analysis; definition of revenue models and business cases; planning and management of product and/or service launch activities; training for the sales network and banks; definition of commercial campaigns aimed at maximizing revenues and monitoring related performance; coordination of distribution channels and support to banks on commercial initiatives; participation in product committees and progress meetings. Brand Positioning: definition of the value proposition and product positioning; creation of marketing content; identification of strategic partnerships and management of co-marketing initiatives; support to Communication teams in preparing press releases and organizing events. Content for Clients and Sales: development of sales and training materials (Sales Kit); management of communications to merchants; support in contract updates; updates to the corporate website and institutional brochures. Internal Communication: updating intranet content; planning video interviews on innovative and strategic projects.

Essential Qualifications: Over three years of experience in marketing roles. Background in the fintech and payments sector is considered an advantage. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle several activities simultaneously. Demonstrated expertise in areas such as market analysis, business case development, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Highly results-oriented, proactive, and resilient when facing obstacles. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, supported by confident presentation abilities across phone, email, and face‑to‑face interactions. Full professional proficiency in both English and Italian (required).
