Your role at KIKO MILANO
We are looking for a
Assortment & Merchandising Analytics Specialist
to join KIKO MILANO’s Trade Marketing & Merchandising Team
,
reporting to the Global Trade Marketing Manager.
Such talent will work with Marketing, Operations, Planning, and Merchandising and local country organizations to define global and local assortments based on
market trends, business analysis, competitive benchmarking and consumer insights.
In particular, you will:
Lead the analysis to define global and localize assortments for make-up and skin care categories, among all clusters of stores considering mandatory content guideline of master assortment and feedbacks/inputs from country managers;
Support to develop the localized product assortments with BU worldwide;
Manage the assortment files for market clusters to feed SAP and therefore to ensure correct replenishment of products and guarantee the timing of new launches;
Analyze the assortment optimization, including profitability vs store space allocation, in order to assure store excellence;
Have daily contact with internal departments (marketing, graphic, operation, brand analyst, IT, Franchising, Countries) and external partners at international level;
Support in & out item management for each category based on launches and assortment reviews;
Being in constant alignment with the Global Category function to ensure compliance with market trends and category weightings across every store cluster.
Monitoring each quarter the weight of the ‘Hidden Gems’ by cluster and country, and proposing corrective actions when needed.
Monitoring the category weightings for each cluster on a semi‑annual basis and working closely with the merchandising team to implement any necessary changes to the display layout.
Monitor IT system settings which support the assortment management;
Analyze the products’ profitability in context of store space and permanent merchandising for DOS and Franchising new countries & New Channels.
What you will need to succeed
Degree or Master in
Economy, Marketing or Statistics
;
Excellent analytical skills
;
Good knowledge of Marketing principles, analytical logics and economic data
;
Good knowledge of MS Office package;
SAP knowledge would be a plus;
Fluent in English, other languages are a plus;
Good project management and presentations skills;
Passion for beauty business;
Good understanding of the retail industry and trends.
