Outbound Logistics Specialist (w/m/d)

YOUR TASKS

Operational scheduling of transports, taking schedules and costs into account

Efficient communication with suppliers and logistics service providers to ensure a smooth process

Monitoring and tracking deliveries to ensure they arrive on time and in perfect condition

Maintain accurate stock levels between Loacker systems and logistic partners

Working closely with other departments such as production, sales and purchasing to optimise logistics processes

Processing customer orders and forwarding them to the relevant logistics centres

Identification of optimisation potentials in the existing logistics processes

YOUR PROFILE

Ideally experience in operational logistics

Knowledge of Excel to analyse and manage data

Strong organisational skills and the ability to work under time pressure

Analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills

Team orientation and good communication skills

Fluency in Italian and English, German represents an advantage
