The role involves managing day-to-day front office operations, welcoming and assisting guests, handling inquiries, and ensuring smooth communication between departments. Responsibilities include answering phone calls, maintaining records, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the guest experience.QualificationsProficiency in Receptionist Duties, including managing front office operations and maintaining guest recordsStrong Customer Service skills with the ability to create a welcoming and positive guest experienceExcellent Phone Etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to handle Front Office tasks such as check-ins, check-outs, and managing bookings efficientlyFluency in both Italian and English;

additional language skills are a plusComputer literacy and familiarity with hotel management software is preferred (OPERA Cloud PMS)Professional demeanor with strong organizational and problem-solving abilitiesProven experience in the field (at least 3 years)
