Accounting, Controlling and Finance Specialist

To support our growth, we are looking for a Finance, Accounting & Controlling Specialist to strengthen our finance function and support strategic decision-making. You will work closely with the CEO and leadership team, playing a key role in financial reporting, controlling, planning, and process optimization in a SaaS environment. Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning Monitor and analyze financial performance, including SaaS KPIs (MRR, churn, CAC, LTV) Oversee cost control and expense optimization initiatives Manage invoicing, accounts payable and receivable Coordinate payroll activities with external providers Act as the main point of contact for external accountants, tax advisors, and consultants Analyze cash flow and treasury to ensure liquidity and risk management Maintain accurate pricing data and integrate updates from distribution partners 5–10 years of experience in accounting, controlling, or finance roles, preferably in tech or SaaS companies ~ Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards (IFRS & GAAP) ~ Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI tools (Looker, Power BI, etc.) Experience with ERP/accounting software (Fatture in Cloud, QuickBooks, Xero or similar) ~ Fluency in Italian and English
