Quality Control Analyst

Joining us means being part of an inclusive, forward-thinking organization that invests in your growth and shapes the future of iconic brands worldwide.We are looking for an analytic, detail‑oriented, and available to support the quality control team in daily operations and activities.This internship offers the opportunity to learn the basic analytical techniques for the quality control of raw materials and finished products, starting from chemical-physical analyses to microbiological analyses for the monitoring of products and the production process, up to the approach to sensory evaluation. An experienced team will support the resource in this training path.Main Activities and Responsibilities:Use and maintenance of basic analytical instrumentation (densimeter, pH meter, thermobalance, colorimeter, turbidimeter, etc.).Support to Incoming Quality Control in analyses, in the preparation of samples for sensory evaluations, in the recording of analytical data and in the archiving of samples and documents.Support to Output Quality Control for the validation of production batches, in the analysis, in the preparation of samples for sensory analysis, in the recording of analytical data and in the archiving of samples and documents.Collaboration with the R&D team in the preparation of samples for sensory evaluations, in the execution of analyses related to product stability tests, in the determination of chemical-physical parameters for the drafting of product data sheets.Analysis and preparation of samples for the periodic control of raw materials and finished products that are about to expire.Execution of basic microbiological analyses on raw materials and finished products.Requirements:Bachelor’s or master’s degree in science, preferably in food science or similar.Precision, collaborative spirit, aptitude for problem solving and proactivity, propensity for continuous improvement, work ethic.What We Offer: 6 months of internship with dedicated tutor, continuous support, and on‑the‑job training.Full time positionCollaborative environment,Benefits: monthly reimbursement, meal vouchers, access to training platforms, other benefits.Future opportunities: potential extension or hiring based on performance and business needs.
