You’ll feel supported in developing your skills and qualities, stimulated to learn by growing both personally and professionally.Let’s Evolve Iconic and create a new exciting chapter.The part you'll play.You will join our Headquarters in Florence, being part of the E-business department you will be responsible for:Business Analysis & Decision SupportAnalyze e-business performance across the full customer journey to identify growth opportunities,performance gaps, and risks.Provide ongoing performance insights to senior management through structured analysis of commercial, operational, and financial KPIs at local and global level.Translate performance trends and initiative outcomes into clear, actionable recommendations for all e- business teamsAssess the business and financial impact of digital, promotional, and customer experience initiatives, supporting prioritization and resource allocation.Own and coordinate the performance reporting framework for the E buiness department, ensuring clarity, consistency, and reliability of business information.Budgeting and forecastingCoordinate and own the annual budget (sales and costs) and periodic forecasting processes for the E‑commerce department partering with regional and corporate stakeholdersEnsure alignment between financial projections, strategic growth plans, and corporate requirements, integrating digital performance hypotheses into robust financial models.Build and maintain forecasting models (including time‑series and driver‑based approaches) to improve accuracy of revenue, margin, and cost projections across regions. P&L and cost controllingMonitor and analyze operating expenses (Opex) and capital expenditures (Capex) for the e commerce department, ensuring cost efficiency and adherence to revenue and profitability targets.Standardize cost‑tracking structures, investment tracking, and KPI templates across regions to enable consistent benchmarking.Perform detailed variance analysis between actuals, budget and forecasts, highlighting the impact of digital performance drivers and recommending corrective actions.Administration Provide support for control‑related administrative tasks, including accurate cost tracking, contract and vendor management, and support to monthly/quarterly closing of digital expenditures.What you’ll bring5 + years of experience in Business/Strategic Analytics, Controlling or Data Analytics within an E‑business or retail environment, with a proven track record of analytics projects that delivered measurable commercial or cost impact.Advanced expertise in Excel/Sheets, Power BI and digital analytics tools (e.G., GA4), experience with Python or R for statistical modeling, forecasting, or segmentation is a plusAnalytical acumen,project‑management skills, communication abilitiesStrong written and verbal communication skills, in both Italian and EnglishOUR DEI COMMITMENT TO YOUAt Ferragamo, you can play your part and express your uniqueness.
