PositionWe are currently looking for a Planning Specialist who will mainly ensure: ResponsibilitiesManaging the entry of Production Orders into the system, coordinating requests from the Quality Unit and Business Unit in accordance with relevant company proceduresExecuting detailed production schedules for all assigned production lines based on instructions received and in compliance with technical and operational constraints and requirementsManaging and improving planning tools, spreadsheets and databasesCollaborating with the Production unit to ensure that production capabilities are optimized in terms of planning, ensuring that the demand transferred from the Business Unit is met, always in concert with the Materials Management groupCoordinating with the relevant departments the planning of engineering, qualification, and maintenance activities that impact plant utilizationPreparing reports monitoring the occupancy status of company capabilities and promoting tools for improving standard time efficiencyReviewing and monitoring the shift strategy to be applied to the planned departments RequirementsMA degree (Management Engineering/Economics…)Knowledge of ExcelKnowledge of GMPKnowledge of SAPFluent English working knowledgeGreat can‑do attitude Additional InformationAt BSP we believe in an inclusive workplace that cultivates bold innovation through collaboration and empowers our people to unleash their full potential.
