Elchai Group is expanding its B2B sales activity across Europe, starting from Italy.
We are hiring a Sales Developer to build pipeline through structured outbound and disciplined qualification.
This role is for someone who values execution, clarity, and accountability over theory.
What You Will Do
Build and manage targeted prospect lists across Europe
Run outbound campaigns via email and LinkedIn
Engage with decision-makers at mid-market and enterprise level
Qualify leads and book discovery calls for the CEO
Keep CRM data accurate and up to date
Improve messaging based on real market feedback
What We Are Looking For
2โ5 years of B2B outbound sales experience
Background in consulting, IT, SaaS, or automation sales
Comfortable selling projects in the โฌ20kโโฌ100k range
Fluent English, Italian required, other European languages are a plus
Organized, accountable, and numbers-oriented
Able to work autonomously in a fast-moving environment
