Descrizione Lavoro
You’ve got great clinical knowledge. You’re comfortable in theatres. And you’re excited by surgical robotics and the impact it can have on patient outcomes. You want real responsibility, proper face time with surgeons, and a role where you’re trusted to do important work.
This Clinical Specialist role puts you right at the centre of it. You’ll be joining a growing robotics company as it enters a new market, making you one of the early hires locally. That means ownership, collaboration, and the chance to build expertise while helping shape the future of the business, and surgical robotics.
You’ll also have a clear path forward. There’s scope to develop, ongoing education to keep you learning, and a supportive team around you. If you’re looking to build a long-term career while working with genuinely exciting technology, this could be the perfect next step for you.
Who’s it for and what’s in it for you?
Our client is a rapidly growing medical robotics company that specialises in advanced, image-guided systems for minimally invasive surgery. They’re expanding rapidly, so this is a great time to join them as they change the face of surgery forever.
As for working there, they believe work should be rewarding, fun, and supportive. And they’re happy to put their money where their mouth is with that claim - here’s how they take care of their team:
Full medical coverage, that includes dental and vision
Flexible spending accounts for health expenses
Generous vacation and paid time off to recharge
Paid parental leave for life’s big milestones
Access to an EAP for mental health support
Wellness programmes, including access to an onsite gym
Discounts on pet insurance for your furry friends
Opportunities to volunteer and give back to causes that matter to you
Lots of team fun, like happy hours, socials and spontaneous celebrations
What will your day to day look like?
In this role, you will provide technical and clinical support for robotic surgical systems, including training, in-service assistance, and field support. An average day may look like:
Training medical professionals on the surgical robot platforms
Designing, developing and facilitating training for internal and external customers
Running professional education programmes
Providing technical development feedback
Troubleshooting products in the portfolio
Gathering customer feedback
This role is an exciting opportunity because the company is growing rapidly and entering new markets, providing a strong opportunity for professional growth and career advancement for those eager to expand their skills and take on new challenges.
This role will suit you if you…
