Job Title: Enterprise Account Executive – Italy (Remote) Location: Remote, Italy Reports to: RVP Sales, EMEA About the Company They are a global, market-leading Saa S provider of Supply Chain Management (SCM) software, empowering the world's most complex enterprises to plan smarter, move faster, and operate more resilient supply chains. The Role As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will drive new logo acquisition and strategic expansion across large enterprise accounts in Italy (80/20 split). You will own the full sales cycle—from territory planning and executive engagement through complex solution selling and contract negotiation—working in close collaboration with Pre-Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Partner teams. This is a high-impact, quota-carrying role suited for a focused and highly motivated sales professional experienced in selling enterprise grade business Saa S solutions to C-level stakeholders within complex, multi-national organisations. Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a strategic territory plan targeting enterprise organisations (€1 B+ revenue). Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within manufacturing, retail, automotive, logistics, and distribution sectors. Engage C-level and senior decision-makers (Supply Chain, Operations, IT, Digital Transformation). Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles (6–18 months). Articulate value-driven business cases tied to operational efficiency, resilience, and digital transformation. Drive accurate forecasting and pipeline management via CRM. Partner with solution consultants to deliver compelling product demonstrations and proof-of-value engagements. Collaborate with global account teams to support cross-border opportunities. Negotiate enterprise-level Saa S agreements and long-term strategic contracts.

Required Experience & Qualifications

8/10 + years of enterprise software sales experience (business applications, NOT IT), with a strong track record of exceeding €MM quota's. Proven success selling complex Saa S solutions into large enterprise accounts in Italy. Executed deals in excess of €750 K ARR/ACV as minimum, ideally €1 M+ ARR/ACV in size and used to long sales cycles (up to 18 months). Experience selling Supply Chain Management, ERP, or complex operational software solutions is highly desirable but not essential. Ability to navigate multi-layered buying committees and procurement processes. Strong business acumen and consultative selling capabilities (e.g., MEDDICC, Challenger, value-based selling). Fluent Italian (mother tongue) and professional English required. Driven, self-motivated and effective in a fully remote environment.

Preferred

Experience selling SCM/ERP platforms comparable to solutions from direct competitors within the domain. Established network within Italian enterprise manufacturing and retail sectors. Experience working within a global, matrixed organisation.
