Engineering Project Manager - (CAPEX Projects)Location: ItalyContract: 12-month (potential extension)OverviewWe are partnering with a leading pharmaceutical company to recruit a Senior Project Manager to oversee a major CAPEX initiative within sterile manufacturing. This role requires strong technical leadership, deep GMP knowledge, and fluency in both Italian and English.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end‑to‑end CAPEX projects within sterile manufacturing (both greenfield and brownfield).Manage design, construction, commissioning, and qualification activities in line with GEP standards.Ensure GMP compliance, budget management, and delivery timelines are met.Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and global stakeholders.Drive facility layout, process flows, and equipment selection.Candidate ProfileFluent in Italian and English.10+ years of experience managing CAPEX projects in the pharma/biotech sector.Strong background in sterile fill‑finish operations, including cRABS/isolator technologies.Proven track record leading at least one greenfield cGMP facility project.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
