Regional Sales Representative – Southern Italy

DJI Agriculture To support the expansion of

DJI Agriculture

in the Italian market, we are looking for a

motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Representative ,

based in Southern Italy , to join our growing team. This role will focus on developing the

Southern Italy region , working closely with agricultural dealers, contractors, and professional operators. The selected candidate will initially spend a

training and onboarding period in Milan , and will then be

based in Southern Italy . What you will do

Promote and sell DJI agricultural drones Develop and manage the dealer and partner network in

Southern Italy Organize and support flight demonstrations and field trials in the region Manage customers and the sales pipeline from lead generation to closing Monitor market trends, crops, and agricultural subsidy opportunities What we are looking for

Background or experience in the agricultural sector Strong interest in agricultural drones, precision agriculture, or agri-tech Fluency in Italian and English Strong sales mindset with excellent communication and self-management skills Previous experience in B2B sales or channel development is preferred Availability for frequent travel within Southern Italy Willingness to spend the first 1–2 months in Milan for onboarding and training Why join us
