General Manager for Turkey

Role Description The General Manager for Turkey will oversee daily operations, develop strategic plans, and lead the regional team to achieve business growth and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include managing budgets, enhancing market presence, building partnerships, driving sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction in Turkey. The role requires coordinating with global leadership and adhering to company standards and objectives. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Turkey.

Qualifications

Experience in strategic planning, team leadership, and business development

Proficiency in sales management, financial planning, and operations management

Knowledge of the power supply or battery manufacturing industry, including UPS and related technologies

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and collaborate in a global organization

Results-oriented mindset with problem-solving and decision-making capabilities

Fluency in English and Turkish is required; additional language skills would be advantageous

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred

Willingness to be based on-site in Turkey and travel as required
