MISSION

As part of the development of our entity Abylsen Italy, specialized in Transport (automotive, aeronautics, defense, space and rail), Heavy Industry (metallurgy, steel plant), Energy and IT, we are looking for a

FPGA Engineer

in the

Aerospace & Defence sector

to integrate our team of consultants and bring their expertise on all our projects.

ACTIVITIES:

Design and implement FPGA-based digital systems Write and simulate RTL code (VHDL/Verilog/System Verilog) Perform synthesis, placement, and routing using EDA tools (Vivado, Quartus, etc.) Verify functionality through simulation and hardware testing Collaborate with hardware, firmware, and software teams Optimize FPGA designs for performance, resource usage and power

REQUIREMENTS

:

At least 2 years of experience in FW design for programmable systems such as FPGA Experience in designing fast serial interfaces (especially for Aurora and DDR protocols) Experience in FW design based on the latest generation of AMD programmable device architectures (Zynq, Ultrascale, RFSo C) and/or Altera (Stratix 10, Agilex 7) Understanding of technical hardware documentation (e.g., electrical diagrams, hardware component datasheets and IP cores) Ability to use advanced laboratory instruments (digital oscilloscopes, logic state analysers, bus analysers, spectrum analysers, etc.)
