For our

opening team , we are currently looking for a:

Front Office & Concierge Agent Rotating shifts

The selected candidate will join the Front Office team and play a key role in creating a

customer experience where guests feel welcomed, cared for, and truly prioritized throughout their stay .

Key Responsibilities Managing Front Office activities (check-in / check-out) Handling reservations and using the PMS Welcoming guests and providing personalized concierge service Recommending restaurants, events and experiences in Milan Coordinating daily operations with the housekeeping team Requirements Minimum

1 year of experience

in boutique or luxury hotels Fluency in

Italian and English Knowledge of an additional foreign language (French, Spanish or Arabic preferred) Strong service mindset, accuracy, and flexibility What We Offer Full-time contract from 23 march 2026 (3 or 6 months with possibility of renewal) Shift schedule:

07:00–15:30 / 15:00–23:30

(30-minute break included)

+ 2/3 night shifts

per week Work schedule: Monday to Sunday, with
