, the italian branch of Metz Consumer Electronics GmbH, subsidiary of Skyworth Group, is looking for a:

Logistic Specialist

based in Milan, to reinforce our Supply Chain team.

Main Responsibilities:

Manage factory refill procurement by issuing Purchase Orders (POs). Provide logistics support to sales colleagues regarding shipment status, tracking numbers, proof of delivery (POD), and material availability. Handle and process incoming requests via the dedicated Logistics inbox. Ensure delivery compliance by verifying untransmitted Delivery Notes (DNs), performing corrections, re-transmissions, or issuing manual shipping orders when necessary. Monitor and update records for materials returned by customers. Conduct physical inventory counts through regular visits to the warehouse. Execute invoicing processes using the SAP system.

Key Skills & Qualifications

2–3 years of proven experience in Logistics and/or Supply Chain roles, preferably within companies operating in the Home Domestic Appliances sector. Supply Chain & Logistics: knowledge of end-to-end Supply Chain and Logistics processes (Procurement, Planning, Warehousing, Transportation). Systems Proficiency: Proven experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and/or WMS (Warehouse Management Systems). Timely managed and resolved logistical issues and supply chain disruptions. Ensured full compliance with import/export procedures, adhering to customs regulations and international transportation standards. Experience in this area is considered a plus. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work autonomously, manage priorities, and demonstrate a strong sense of urgency. Languages: Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken) is essential. Bachelor of Science in Management Engineering, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related field
