Who We Are PVJets is a leading company in the private aviation industry, specialized exclusively in private jet charter services for HNWI clients, family offices, celebrities, and international corporations.

With more than 10 years of experience and a solid reputation within EBAA and NBAA, we manage over 1,000 charter flights annually across more than 80 countries, delivering 24/7 operational excellence with globally recognized service standards.

With operational offices in Milan, Lugano, and Dubai, we are currently undergoing strong international expansion and are looking for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) with a strategic mindset and strong execution capabilities, offering real potential for growth into global leadership roles.

The Role The COO will be responsible for managing and optimizing the company’s international operations, leading internal departments, and actively contributing to the execution of PVJets’ growth strategy.

This position requires a hands‑on leader capable of directing teams, monitoring performance, and ensuring operational excellence across all areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate daily operational activities (brokerage, mission control, customer care)

Manage and direct team organization, including shift planning and operational coverage

Monitor team KPIs, productivity, and profitability performance

Oversee marketing performance trends in coordination with the marketing team and management

Optimize internal processes and drive continuous improvement

Manage relationships with operators, airports, and strategic partners

Collaborate with Executive Management, Marketing, and Sales to support expansion into new markets

Ensure the highest standards of service quality, efficiency, and safety

Ideal Profile We are looking for a structured, results‑driven professional able to perform in high‑intensity international environments.

Candidates with prior experience in private aviation are preferred; however, we also welcome strong professionals from the luxury, premium transport, or high‑end service industries who are willing to invest significant time and commitment to be trained in private aviation.

This is a demanding leadership role requiring strong dedication.

Candidates without sufficient availability or willingness to commit substantial time to this project should refrain from applying.

Requirements

Experience (even limited) in private aviation, transport, premium logistics, or travel management

Strong leadership and team management skills

KPI‑driven mindset with focus on performance and service qualityAbility to monitor operational and marketing performance metrics

Excellent English language skills (additional European languages are a strong plus)

Entrepreneurial mindset, flexibility, and strong initiative

High availability and dedication to a fast‑growing international project
