Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate technical operations and maintenance Ensure operational and technical functionality of assigned properties Supervise technical services, subcontractors, and external providers Monitor service contracts, compliance, and warranty periods Prepare budgets and regular technical reports Act as a key contact for property owners and stakeholders

What You Bring

4+ years of experience in facility management or a similar technical role Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field Strong organizational and communication skills Experience in project and risk management Confident user of MS Office Independent, proactive, and team-oriented working style Willingness to travel
