Slovenian- and Croatian-speaking professionals

on-site in Sofia , you will support adult customers across multiple channels, delivering clear, compliant, and high-quality service in a fast-evolving environment.

This role goes beyond answering questions — you will become a

trusted point of contact , guiding customers through products, services, and digital tools while maintaining the highest service and compliance standards.

Languages required:

Slovenian

or

Croatian (C2 / native)

English (B2+)

Employment type:

Full-time

Working hours: Rotational shifts (no night shifts included)

-What You Will Be Responsible For

Supporting customers via

phone, chat, and email

Assisting with

orders, account questions, product setup, and troubleshooting

Ensuring

age verification and regulatory compliance

in every interaction

Providing accurate, calm, and professional guidanceRecording interactions and following internal quality processes

Collaborating with internal teams when escalation is required
