RINA is currently recruiting for a

Junior Software Application Engineer

to join its office in La Spezia within the

Digital Technology and Cybersecurity

Division. RINA Consulting is looking for a Software Engineer to provide support to engineers in designing solutions, products, machines, systems or structures, respecting time, budget, and quality requirements. Key Accountabilities

Software Development

Design and develop robust, scalable, and secure software applications. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code adhering to software development best practices. Interface the product/project managers to receive technical requirements to be implemented.

Testing and Deployment

Support the V&V team during testing and validation activities for defect analysis. Analyze and solve detected problems implementing the needed corrections.

Documentation

Document APIs, and implementation details. Maintain technical documentation and diagrams related to the software applications.

Collaboration and Communication

Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software applications.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems Qualifications

Knowledge of the C/C++ programming language. Experience in embedded software. Experience in multi-task and multi-threaded application development. Good written and spoken knowledge of the English language. The profile is completed by
