We are now expanding and looking for a Regional Sales Manager based in Italy, specifically in the Umbria, Toscana, Veneto, Marche or Emilia-Romagna regions

.

Develop and implement sales strategies within the assigned region

. Achieve sales targets and grow the client base

. Monitor the beauty market and visit retail locations to analyze brand presence and competition.

Residence in Umbria, Toscana, Veneto, Marche or Emilia-Romagna regions

. Fluency in Italian (B2 level or higher). Fluent in Ukrainian or Russian. Proven experience in active sales (preferably B2B). Confident use of MS Office tools. Valid driver’s license and access to a car. Transparent motivation system (base salary + sales commission + KPI bonuses). Partial remote work in a home-office format
