ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER / LIFESTYLE LUXURY BRAND /MILAN

Responsibilities: Support the management team in the conduction of the Store Team Management (about 6 people Staff) Be a Brand Ambassador and represent the Core Values of the Brand Build a strong customer experience Setting performance targets and driving department productivity and profitability Ensure that customer service and the store environment are always presented at the optimum level Produce reports and specific analysis

The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledges and experience: Fluent xpavfwm spoken English and Italian At least 5 years in managerial role for Luxury Brands Business driven and detailed oriented Team player with the ability to lead and influence peers Confident, enthusiastic and positive Problem solving
