Engineering Project Manager - (CAPEX Projects)

Overview

We are partnering with a leading pharmaceutical company to recruit a Senior Project Manager to oversee a major CAPEX initiative within sterile manufacturing. This role requires strong technical leadership, deep GMP knowledge, and fluency in both Italian and English.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end‐to‐end CAPEX projects within sterile manufacturing (both greenfield and brownfield). - Manage design, construction, commissioning, and qualification activities in line with GEP standards. - Ensure GMP compliance, budget management, and delivery timelines are met. - Collaborate with cross‐functional teams and global stakeholders. - Drive facility layout, process flows, and equipment selection.

Candidate Profile

- Fluent in Italian and English. - 10+ years of experience managing CAPEX projects in the pharma/biotech sector. - Strong background in sterile fill‐finish operations, including cRABS/isolator technologies. - Proven track record leading at least one greenfield cGMP facility project. - Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder‐management abilities.
