The Role The Strategic Expansion Lead will drive Alesea’s next phase of growth. This is a cross-functional position operating at the intersection of commercial development, market expansion, and long-term platform strategy. The role is designed for someone who can combine structured thinking with commercial execution; building new markets while strengthening existing ones.

Key Responsibilities Enterprise Growth Lead end-to-end enterprise sales processes with utilities, EPCs, contractors, and infrastructure operators Structure and negotiate pilot programs designed for scalable rollouts Develop tailored commercial offers aligned with customer operational priorities (cost efficiency, asset recovery, CO₂ reduction, supply chain optimization) Build long-term commercial relationships at senior stakeholder level

Strategic Market Expansion Identify and validate new verticals and use cases for material observability Develop go-to-market strategies for new geographies Establish and manage strategic partnerships across technology, logistics, ESG, financing, and insurance Translate market insights into actionable growth initiatives

Inorganic & Ecosystem Development Map the industrial and technology ecosystem around connected assets and infrastructure intelligence Identify acquisition targets and complementary technology partners Support business case development and due diligence Contribute to the definition of expansion theses and platform adjacencies

Cross-Functional Leadership Work closely with Product, Data, and Operations teams to ensure scalable implementation Develop repeatable commercial and expansion playbooks Support leadership in defining and executing strategic initiatives

Profile 1–5 years of experience in consulting, venture-backed startups, industrial technology, infrastructure, or B2B SaaS Exposure to enterprise sales, strategic projects, or growth roles Strong analytical and financial reasoning skills Ability to structure complex problems and translate them into executable plans Comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders Experience in utilities, supply chain, IoT, or infrastructure is considered an advantage
