Regional IT Manager For an international and structured organization, we are looking for a

Regional IT Manager

with a strong strategic and operational mindset, within the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities Define and implement the regional IT strategy in line with business objectives and Group guidelines, ensuring a stable, efficient, and user-friendly IT environment.

Ensure IT systems effectively support the operational and commercial needs across the region.

Oversee the maintenance, upgrade, and optimization of IT and OT infrastructure in collaboration with central Competence Centers.

Guarantee the reliability and performance of hardware, software, networks, and servers.

Build strong relationships with regional business stakeholders and manage the regional IT team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Lead and coordinate regional IT projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in line with quality standards.

Support commercial branches on all IT-related topics, from the rollout of central initiatives to the execution of local requirements.

Implement and maintain robust cybersecurity measures in partnership with the central Cybersecurity team, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry best practices.

Manage relationships with external IT and service providers, including contract negotiation, service level monitoring, and cost optimization.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

At least 5 years of experience in senior IT management roles, preferably in multi-site and international environments.

Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and networks.

Experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP (SD, MM, PP, FI/CO modules).

Proven experience in leading functional, application, and infrastructure IT teams.

Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.

Fluent in English, with the ability to work effectively in an international environment.
