Senior Robotic Hardware Engineer - Rapid Integration & Test

next-generation autonomous robotic systems

for real-world deployment on unmanned vehicles.

This is a

very hands-on role

for someone who genuinely enjoys integrating hardware and software, assembling prototypes, testing in the field, and iterating fast until things work outside the lab.

What you’ll do Integrate sensors, actuators, compute and control systems on autonomous platforms Work with ROS2 and modern robotics software stacks Assemble, bring up and test hardware prototypes Run lab and field tests, troubleshoot and iterate rapidly Collaborate closely with software and systems engineers

What we’re looking for Strong hands-on experience in robotics, electronics or mechatronics Experience with ROS2, C++/Python, and hardware–software integration Comfortable working on-site in Bari (lab + field environments) EU right to work in Italy Someone who truly enjoys building and testing real robots
