Key Responsibilities Support and monitor the end-to-end logistics process: vessels documentation, customs clearance, cars storage on central compounds and delivery to Dealer Network Collaborate with Logistics Suppliers on daily operations, helping in defining prioritiesbased on Business needs Ensure timely and efficient vehicle distribution to Dealers, optimizing lead times and service level Company Vehicle Stock management Monitor vehicle movements across ports, compounds and distribution channels Handle damage claims in coordination with Logistics Suppliers and the Claim Manager Ensure proper documentation flow and data accuracy within logistics systems Track and report logistics performance, highlighting issues and proposing corrective actions Maintain daily coordination with HQ to ensure operational alignment and information flow Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs Support cross‑functional collaboration with Sales, Aftersales, and Finance to guarantee operational alignment.

Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in logistic dept., preferably within an automotive company. Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency in logistics systems and Microsoft Office (Excel in particular). Problem‑solving mindset and proactive approach to process improvement.
